Karen's career originated in Healthcare as a licensed professional and
later became a successful Healthcare Recruiter. Recruited by Tom Hanley, she joined
Smith Hanley Associates LLC as a member of Andrew Davis' Global Insurance
Group in 1994. She was recognized by the firm as a Principal in the
organization in 2004. While
Karen has expertise in all facets of the P&C Industry, much of her
focus has been in the Financial Products and Mergers and Acquisitions
segments.
