Biography:
Debra Witkin,
Senior Vice President, joined Smith Hanley
Associates Investment Banking Group in January 2005. Debra has over 20 years
experience in investment banking including senior
responsibilities for the origination, execution and private placement
of numerous debt and private equity financings. As a partner at The Seabury Group
LLC, Debra managed and executed the firm’s distribution activities,
including the placement of debt, tax-based equity and private equity
financings for public and private companies. At Fieldstone Private Capital Group
LP and Chrysler Capital Corporation, Debra was responsible for the
syndication of asset-based financings.
Debra received an MBA from New York University, Stern School of
Business and her BS from New York University.
